Application

    Clenbuterol Hydrochloride is a synthetic adrenergic stimulant, which has the function of bronchial dilatation. When people eat the products containing clenbuterol residues, people will have the poisoning symptoms that are heartbeat rate, low blood potassium, hypophosphatemia, muscle tremors, dry mouth, dizziness, insomnia and even paralysis. This test card used rapid screening assay for clenbuterol residues of meat, pork and other tissues.

Detection principle

    This test card uses the competitive inhibition of immune chromatography technique to test the clenbuterol hydrochloride of animal meat. Reagent containing predetermined fixed on the membrane on the detection zone (T) of clenbuterol hydrochloride conjugates and colloidal gold labeled anti clenbuterol monoclonal antibody.

Sample preparation

     Load in about 4 grams drossy meat (pulp) in centrifuge tube ( pork beef with 2ml water or PBS ), cover tight the tube cover, at about 80≧ water bath in 10 minutes, and to learn cooking solution to 1.5ml centrifuge tube. If there is clear yellow turbid please centrifugal (3000rpm, 5min), taking the supernatant to test. If the detection of beef broth please suck centrifugal (3000rpm, 5min), taking the supernatant to test. The detection limit is 2ng / g (2ppb).

Operation

1.      Before testing should carefully read the using instructions, before using should let the specimen solution returned to room temperature.

2.      Taken reagents from its original packaging, opened flat on the table, please use within 1 hour as soon as possible.

3.      To suck up the tested sample solution, slowly add 80 ~ 100 L (about 2 ~ 3 drops) in the sample adding hole, start timing after adding samples.

4.      To read the results in 5 minutes, the results over 5 minutes is invalid.

Consequence judgment

Positive: position C displays a red strip, and position T without straps or vague color can be judged to positive.

Negative: position C displays a red belt, and position T appears red bands at the same time, this can be judged to negative.

Invalid: position C can not show red strip, then both the position T not displays red strip, the test card is judged to be invalid.

Storage and validity

Cold storage, avoid freezing, valid for 18 months (see packaging).

Matters Needing Attention

1.        Follow the steps for testing, when operating please do not touch the test paper of display   area.

2.        If found the time of purchase expired, the product damaged, contaminated, or ineffective product, go to the place of purchase for replacement.

3.        This product is a disposable product, do not reuse.

4.        To have positive results, recommended a review of this card.

5.        Tap water, distilled water or deionized water can not serve as a negative control.

6.        Because the differences of sample, some test line may be subdued or dim, but as long as there bands, can be judged as negative results.

7.        For direct detection of standard products, please use the PBS or negative sample preparation.
