Instrument
detection principle: using single-chip

2. Biochemical
reaction principle: the cholinesterase
of the rapid measurement card can

hydrolysis to acetic acid and
indophenols. Due to organophosphorus and
carbamate pesticides have inhibition on
cholinesterase activity, changing the
color after catalyze and hydrolysis.
Therefore, according to the shades of
color of the testing results, the tester
can judge the organophosphate or
carbamate pesticide residues.
