Forced Air Oven

Uses:

This new device is design on base of the WGL model Drying Oven, it is widely used for drying, baking, soluble wax, solidification and thermal treatment in the school laboratory, industrial and mining, food processing , biochemistry, agriculture, and pharmaceuticals industry for the samples.

Characteristics:

1. New vertical design, cold rolling steel electrostatic spraying exterior.

2. Adopt the new style design, stainless steel inner chamber, and semicircular arcs at comers for easy cleaning. The space between the shelves in the chamber is adjustable. The two sides heating air passage and bottom heating cover can be fast assembled and disassembled.

3. Vertical double Duct Lining, turbine of centrifugal forced air, temperature is more uniform. The special air forced heat forced heat radiation construction ensures the low noise fan temperature less 50. Turbine centrifugal fan ensures the fan can be used more longer time.

4. With adjustor to adjust the fan speed, the user can choose use the fan and adjust the speed ensure the high temperature evenness, or not use the fan to avoid the powder or other small samples move in the inner chamber.

5. Big size LCD display displays multiple sets of data. The unique navigation operating key used more humanized. The LCD display with functions of timing of operation (0-9999min), fixed temperature control and convenient to read. And it has a function of protecting the parameters memory to recover after power on in the situation of data loss because of power out and system halted.

6. Independent audible and visible temperature-limiting alarm system, cut off the power automatically when over temperature limit, ensure experiments run safely and no accident would happen.

7. High quality heat isolation door with wide hollow tempered glass observation window, adjustable air-tight buckle lock and silicon rubber seal.
