Fluidizing Bed Dryer and Cooler
The special technology for this machine was introduced from
BMA of Germany. It is a equipment used for drying and
cooling crystal grain materials and it is suitable for white
granulated sugar in large and medium-sized sugar factories
and can also be used for the industries of chemistry,
medicine, foodstuff, tea and grocery, etc.
1. Fully closed structure with drying and cooling completed
in the same device at the same time. During operation, the
machine is under the negative pressure so that there is no
leakage of the material and the operation environment is
clean and sanitary.
2. Refrigeration, hot air, steam flow and temperature are
under automatic control so that the material drying and
cooling are always under the optimum state.
3. High handling capacity. Fully contact between the dried
air or the cooled air and the material to realize drying and
cooling with rapid speed and high efficiency.
4. The temperature of material is lower after drying, which
facilitates package and storage of the material.
5. If it is used as cooling purpose and is used together
with the rotary drum dryer and cooler which are used as
sugar drying, the result is much better. The handling
capacity can reach 1.5-2 times of the designed capacity.

Vibration Conveyer
This conveyer is used to convey the white granulated sugar
purged from the centrifugals to the dryer. It consists of
trough body, gearing, connection rod, elastic arm and seat
frame. The trough body is a welded stainless steel part. The
elastic arm is a structure of wooden boards or plastic
plates with spring steel plate inside. The connection rod is
a wooden structure. The seat frame is made of welded channel
steel.
It is driven by motor via speed reducing by belt pulleys.
Its crankshaft drives the connection rod move back and forth
so that the trough body is made to shake. The materials in
it form a certain obliquity to the trough body due to the
acting force of shaking and at the same time, the materials
are thrown up and move forwards. As a result, the materials
inside are distributed and discharged evenly. The sugar
outlet styles have three kinds for clients to select.

Granulated Sugar Screen
The sugar screen consists of four parts: seat frame, trough
body, screen mesh and gearing. The screen mesh is installed
onto the screen body. The connection between the trough body
and the seat frame is via flexible arms. A push rod is
driven by a motor and makes the screen body move back and
forth to achieve the oscillating motion necessarily to
removing sugar lumps and dust from the product sugar.

Vibration Fluidized Dryer
This dryer is designed and developed by our company and is
used for drying and cooling of the materials of crystal
particles. It is classified into two kinds of intermediate
and high frequency vibration, suitable for sugar drying and
cooling of mid and small sized sugar mills. Also, it can be
used for the industries of chemicals, medicines, grains, tea
and foodstuff etc.
1.It is with fully closed down structure to ensure the
sanitation and clean environment of the products.
2.Intermediate frequency vibrating dryer is with low
vibrating frequency. The crankshaft makes the connecting rod
move to-and-fro so that the trough body is vibrated to let
the materials be thrown up and distributed better. The air
and power needed are less. The wearing among crystals of
materials is little.
3.High frequency vibrating dryer is with high vibrating
frequency. The fluidized state is more sufficient and the
drying or cooling effectiveness is much better. The
vibration motor exciting force could be adjusted so that the
material moving state and speed is changed. It is suitable
for many kinds of material drying.

Rotary Drum Dryer/Cooler
It is used for drying and cooling granulated sugar and
classified into two kinds of dryers according to the
different vanes inside. One is flight shape, the other is
louver shape.
1. The technology of flight-shaped rotary drum dryer was
introduced from Australia by our company, which is suitable
for drying and cooling raw sugar and white soft sugar. It
uses flights to take the sugar to the high side and fall
down freely to contact the heated and cooled air directly
during the period of falling down to reach the purpose of
drying and cooling.
It is used together with the latest louver-shaped sugar dust
scrubber developed by our company for sugar dust arresting.
As a result, loss of sugar dust is effectively decreased.
2. The louver-shaped rotary drum dryer is a new product
researched and developed by our company itself, which is
suitable for drying and cooling refined sugar and white
granulated sugar. The features are that the interior structure
of the drum has divider plates along the longitudinal direction
of the inner wall of the drum. The air passage is located
between the divider plate and the slat along the tangent
direction at the end of the device. The inner surfaces of all
the slats in the drum form a tapered shape space pattern. When
the tapered drum turns, the granulated sugar on the surface of
tapered drum moves from the front to the rear along the spiral
line and is dried by the air blown out from the clearance
between the divider plate and the slat. Since the air has
special passages and fully goes through the layer of sugar, the
drying intensity and drying efficiency are improved so that the
handling capacity is increased. Moreover, since the sugar in the
drum naturally slides down, the broken crystals are less, so the
sugar dust is less, too.¡¡ |

SPV Continuous Centrifugal
SPV continuous centrifugals designed by TBS with simple

industry. The material is inflow from the centrifugal
middle, 360¡ãdistributed along the bottom of tapered basket
from the top to the bottom to separate the solid products.
Perfect water feeding pipe can spray reasonable temperature

with widespread opening sieves, that not only to guarantee
the molasses separated smoothly, but also farthest to extend

TBS full automatic batch centrifugal
It is cooperatively manufactured by TBS (Thomas Broadbent &
Sons Ltd.) and KLIMCO (Kunming Light Industry Machinery Co.,
Ltd.) with merits of high processing capacity, low energy

1. Custom-made Drive Motor
The motor of TBS Batch Centrifugal is variable frequency
conversion control, which are well-designed and manufactured

The downward opening discharge valve and well-designed
