1.Are you a
munufacturer ?
Yes,we have our own factory ,we also have professional design
team for the client to design their logo on the cups.
2.What's your MOQ
for the cups?
10000-50000pcs per design per size.
3. what is the
lead time?
Normally 15-25 work days.
4. Can I get the
sample?
Yes ,of course, we will send the free sample for testing before
you make the order.
5. What is your
payment term?
50% T/T deposit after confirm the order, 50% balance before
delivery. |
6.How to
order?
(a) Please send us the product number, specification and
quantity you intend to order. (our email: sales@mycotrade.com)
(b) We make quotation and give you proforma invoice.
(c) We send you samples.
(d) You confirm the order and remit 50% T/T deposit.
(e) We will inform you when the goods are finisheda and
remit 50% balance before delivery.
(f) We deliver goods, declare customs, and send you customs
clearance documents.
7.Other questions
(a) Print file - CDR, PDF or AI format. The image resolution
must be at least 300 dpi.
(b) Mold manufacturing - the mold will be completed within 1-2
months after the mold cost is paid. The mould fee needs to be
paid in full.
(c) Sample confirmation --- samples are sent out within 7 work
days after the mold is ready.
