     1. Test accuracy: YRSY-1 meat moisture content test adopts needle-like electrode moisture sensor to sampling, display the average of random 10 times sampling results, it improves the accuracy and repeatability of the tester.

     2. Test varieties: YRSY-1 meat rapid moisture tester can set different datum values, in order to achieve a variety of sample moisture quick and accurate testing, while it can avoid that the meteorological and geographical reasons may cause measurement error.

     3. Rapid testing: the previous drying method requires at least 30min drying time. If coupled with on-site sampling time, sample preparation time and other operating time, obtaining a sample quantitative detection results requires at least 1h. While YRSY-1 meat rapid moisture tester adopts the average value of 10 times random sampling for the test result of indication, it is a representative of sample observation. Compared with the GB oven heating method, Halogen heating could even dry the samples rapidly under the high temperature, and the samples¡¯ surface would not be damaged. Its testing results are consistent with the GB oven method, it could replace the GB oven, and its detection efficiency is much higher than the oven method. Generally we need a few minutes to complete the samples testing.
