YHW-ZS type on-line moisture measurement
and control instrument adopts external
advanced sensor, micro processor
technology and digital signal processing
technology. It could adjust type,
temperature, correction range, and set
the alarm, and also output the control
signal by RS485/RS232 transmitting to
the computer. It could choose output
0-5V/4-20mA measure or control signal
and connect PLC or DCS instrument. The
usage of HW-ZS moisture observed and
control online meter:
paper, tobacco, lumber ( fiberboard,
particleboard ), chemical ( detergent,
soap powder, fertilizer, chemical fiber,
food ( rapeseed ), grain, feed, food ),
tea ( flour, starch, milk powder,
soybean powder ), metallurgy ( quartz
sand, cement, coal, kerosene ) soil,
clay, paper, and other types of
material.
HW-ZS moisture observed and control
online meter could continue testing the
moisture content in service. The
moisture alarm system will be control
the moisture or exceeded setting
moisture according to the system. The
tester is useful for the
paper making plant, carton plant,
packing plants, chemical plants,
pharmaceutical plants, Coal plant, and
cement plant in the production process
of moisture determination. The test mode
has non-contact, pipeline installation
three measurement modes.
