       Introduction

 Application: Infrared rays speed moisture tester is the new Speed Moisture Content Menstruate Instrument by our company manufactured. Annular Halogen lamp ensures that the sample would be received even heating, convenient operation and accurate measurement. When measuring the sample’s weight, the instrument adopts the mode of an annular tube halogen heating to rapid drying the samples. In the process of drying, the Moisture tester will keep measuring and displaying the moisture content of the samples lost. When the drying process completed; the final moisture content value would be locked. Compared with the GB oven heating method, Halogen heating could even dry the samples rapidly under the high temperature, and the samples’ surface would not be damaged. Its testing results are consistent with the GB oven method, it could replace the GB oven, and its detection efficiency is much higher than the oven method. Generally we need a few minutes to complete the samples testing. This instrument has the advantages of simple operation, accurate test, liquid crystal display that let the screen is more clear and bright, respectively showing the halogen value, initial value, final value, testing time, initial temperature data, final temperature data, and could be connected with the computer and printer. Therefore the moisture tester can be widely applied to all the industry that needs of rapid determination. Such as medicine, food, feed, seed, vegetable seed, evaporate vegetables, tobacco, chemical industry, tea, food, meat, textile, papermaking, agriculture, forestry, rubber, plastics, and other industries in the laboratory and production process.
