Test
principle
This test card mainly
consist of the immune colloidal gold, NC
membrane, detection (T) line and control
(C) constitute the basic testing
structure line.
When putting the sample
into the sample hole of the test card,
bird flu antigen of samples combine with
colloidal gold coated to form
antigen-antibody complex, and flow along
the strip to the other end of the NC
membrane. When the complex flow to the T
area, the specific antibodies fixed on
the membrane would capture the complex
integration and gradually pour a visible
T line, the combination of colloidal
gold antibodies not flow through the T
zone will flow to the second anti-C
line, C line appearing indicates that
there immune chromatographic occurs and
test card is effective. T line appears
that means that the samples contain
avian flu antigen.
