This test method is applied to the rapid on-site quantitative determination of edible oil acid value and peroxide value.

Usage

Acid Value Determination: Take an acid test strip immersed in oil sample in half a second and then taken out immediately, and compare with the standard color card to find and control the gradation of color on the card is similar to the general content of the acid value of edible oil. If the test strips color gradation between the two, then take the middle value.

1. Acid test paper meet in sunlight, air, acid-base would be perishable. Should be stored in sealing plastic bags and placed in dry place.

2. Detection of acid value peroxide value beyond the prescribed or standard samples should be sent to the laboratory for further quantitative test.
