principle
The H5
avian influenza virus test card bases on
double antibody sandwich method and
adopts immune chromatographic dipstick
technology to test the H5 avian
influenza virus. This test card mainly
consist of immune chromatographic
dipstick, NC film, test T line and
control line C. When the serum drops
into sample hole, the solution began to
flow to the direction of mobility
window, the H5 avian influenza virus
antigen of samples will combine with
Colloidal gold bag of sheets to forming
antigen-antibody complex, and flow along
the test card to another side of NC
film. When the complex flow to the T
area, the specific antibody fixed on the
film will capture the complex to form a
visible T line, and the other complex
flow through the T are to the C area,
and to be captured by resistin antibody
to forming a visible C line. C line
indicates that the immune chromatography
happened. That means the test card is
effective. T line indicates that the
samples contain H5 avian influenza virus
antigen.
