Usage introduction

Method one

1. Application: This method is suitable for edible oil pollution, toxic residues mixed with oil and sesame oil to test the hemp oil testing.

2. Principle: Hemp oil reacts with the hemp oil test reagent A to produce red polymer.

3. Operation: take the oil sample 1mL and set into the test tube, add concentrated hydrochloric acid 3mL ~ 5mL, the ｀hemp reagent A¨ into the test tube, shaking after 1min, 10min of observation. At the same time to do a known not to contain the same types of big oil, sesame oil and the control experiment to observe.

4. Results judgment: If the acid layer (the lower solution) appears pink, put it aside after becoming red, showing the existence of large sesame oil.

6. Storage and period of validity

Store the reagents in the normal temperature to avoid the sunlight. The period of validity is one year.

Method two

1. Principle:

Hemp oil reacts with the hemp oil test reagent B to produce green polymer. Detection limit is 9%.

2. Operation:

Take the oil sample 1mL and set into the test tube, add hemp oil test reagent B 50 drops, and shake evenly. Then put tube stand in five minutes and observe in ten minutes. At the same time to do a known not to contain the same types of big oil, sesame oil and the control experiment to observe.

3. Results judgment:

If the acid layer (the lower solution) appears green, showing the existence of large sesame oil.

4. Announcements

If found the positive samples, should use GB5009.37 to confirm it.
