Test
principle
When the sample solution to fill the
sample hole, the melamine of sample
solution combined with the labelled
antibody, and then closed on the
antigen-binding sites of melamine in the
labelled antibody to prevent the
labelled antibody conjugates with
cellulose membrane with melamine, then
the color would be weak, even not be
color. The other hand, if the sample
solution is not melamine, the labelled
antibody can not prevent the cellulose
membrane with the conjugate with
melamine, which color is strong.
In the central strip card area sprayed
with two lines, one is the control lines
(C lines), following line is the test
line (T line). If the melamine
concentration of sample solution is less
than the test line, the color of T line
would be similar with C line. If the
concentration of melamine in samples of
liquid is greater than the test line,
then the T-line color light than the C
line a lot or not at all obvious color.
The test time of test card is 3-5
minutes, and the test results can be
stored for long time.
Sensitivity: liquid milk 1ppm, forage
2ppm, milk powder 1ppm

Product superiority
The test results are accuracy, it is
suitable for rapid test in spot. In
average the sample test time less than
30 minutes (include the sample
pre-process time). The cost of product
or apparatus is lower, and same as the
operation cost.
Results judgment
Negative: C line color, T line would be
seen by eyes, regardless of the color
shade.
Positive: C line color, T line does not
color, and then the result can be judged
positive.
Invalid: C line does not color,
regardless of T line color or not, and
then the result can be judged invalid.
