principle
The

virus antibody, it will be complex with

antigen-binding, colloidal gold
particles of complexes will form a
purple line, and that can be judged to
be positive. Depth of the line color is
directly proportional to the amount of
antibody. If the sample does not have
the PRRS virus antibody, test line (T)
position will remain white, like the
other location, so that can be judged to
be negative. Dissolve the glue in the
