principle
The
test card adopts immune chromatographic
dipstick technology production. When the
serum drops into sample hole, the
solution began to flow to the direction
of mobility window, will dissolve the
encountering dry colloidal gold antigen.
If the sample has pig foot and mouth
disease virus antibodies, it will be
complex with the formation of colloidal
gold-labeled antigen-binding, colloidal
gold particles of complexes will form a
purple line, and that can be judged to
be positive. Depth of the line color is
directly proportional to the amount of
antibody. If the sample does not have
the pig foot and mouth disease virus
antibody, test line (T) position will
remain white, like the other location,
so that can be judged to be negative.
Dissolve the glue in the sample solution

carried forward to the control line (C),

in this strip. The test just needs 20
