Operation steps

1£®Use a 3ml plastic pipette to draw 2ml sample vinegar into a test tube.

2£®Dropping a drop of vinegar in each test tube to identify the authenticity of reagents, stopper tightly, and shake, then observe it.

Results judgment

The vinegar sample tubes after dropping of white vinegar to shaking appear pink. If the pink of the test tube fade within 90 seconds, the sample is true vinegar. If the test tube of vinegar-like 5 minutes does not fade, it is prepared with acetic acid vinegar; necessary legal quality bodies need to get tested.

Note: This method only applies to light-colored vinegar.
