   Y-Salbutamol Rapid Test Card

If the content exceeds 5ppb/ml, the test line does not display the color, the result is positive. On the contrary, test line was red, the result is negative.

This test card is a reagent for rapid testing and screening the Salbutamol, the detection process takes 5-10 minutes, and it is suitable for the urine sample testing.

2. Disposable plastic dropper: 40 pieces.

3. Desiccating agent: 1piece/bag.

Samples Collection

¡¡

Use dry, clean tube or a suitable container to collecting urine. If do not detect immediately, can frozen the urine samples to be stored. The  urine samples can be stored refrigerated at 2-8 ¡æ for 24 hours, to avoid failure caused by corruption or pollution. If the urine appears sediment or muddy thing, please centrifuged and then test.

Operation Sequence

¡¡

1. Before taking the test shall full read instructions, and to detect the sample solution to be tested card and restore to room temperature before use.

2. Tear test with Salbutamol card bags, carefully remove the test card, horizontally on the bench.

3. Drops with a plastic pipette suction 2-3 drops of the urine samples to add in the samples hole.

4. To observe in 5-8 minutes, results invalid if exceed 10 minutes.

Result judgment

¡¡

1. Positive results: appear a red line (C).

2. Negative results: appear two lines. One is line C, another is line T.

3. Invalid results: do not appear red line. It is indicate that the result is invalid, and need test again.

Announcements

1. The test card should be disposable used in the quality guarantee period. To save the test card in 4 ¡æ refrigerator, before the test, should balance to the room temperature and then open the bags, otherwise it will affect the test results

2. Beware of the detection card become damp, aluminum foil bags damaged or test card become damp. The test card can not be used.

3. Try not to touch the white membrane of the test card center. Do not be direct sunlight.

4. Plastic straw can not be mixed in order to avoid the cross contamination.

5. A positive result, should use this card for review and as a positive control experiment, when necessary, sent to the laboratory for further quantification.

6. Aluminum foil packaging bag is desiccant, and it can not be swallowed.

7. Tap water, distilled water or deionized water can not serve as a negative control.

Storage conditions and period of validity

Store in 4-30¡æ, cool, dry, dark environment, the period validity is a period of 18 months.
