The
speed test case for the vinegar in the
rapid detection of free mineral acid
Test principle
The main component of vinegar is acetic
acid (content of 3.5%) and contains
small amounts of other organic acids.
The vinegar as raw materials brewed may
not have free mineral acid (sulfuric
acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid,
phosphoric acid and other inorganic
acids and organic acids). In vinegar
made up by non-edible acid, user can
detect free mineral acid, or the
contaminated vinegar often can be
detected free mineral acid.

Usage
1.
Use a thin glass rod or capillary tube
to take a little dip into the free
mineral acid sample test paper A, within
1 second, if the purple spots appear at
the point-like or purple ring (ring
light purple) that are positive results,
yellow or white ring are negative
results.
2. Then use the free mineral acid test
paper B directly picks up the sample cup
of vinegar, within 1 second, if the
strip turns blue or green that means the
result is positive.
