Measurement Principle

This product is using luminescent bacteria reagent, the bacteria can emit light in the metabolism. when these bacteria to be in heavy metals and a toxic environment caused by other organic matter and microorganism, their light is suppressed, the stronger of luminescent bacteria toxicity, metabolic inhibition is more strong, light was suppressed more obvious, according to the variations of light intensity can be rapidly and accurately test the samples of toxicity.

Toxicity analyzer reagent:

Luminescent bacteria are produced through the advanced screening and lyophilized program. The bacteria are very sensitive to toxic substances, and use the heavy metals buffer solution or organic buffer solution to determine the source of toxic substances. Through these two kinds of buffer solution can improve the sensitivity, up to sub mg/L level. Bacterial luminescence reagents stored for up to 7 days, the use of temperature are very wide.
