■ Rice Soaking and Milling Equipment
Put the rice into rice soaking barrel and soak it for
a certain period of time, then rinse and drain it. Put
it into the conveyor to transport it to the miller,
milling into powder of 60-100mesh.
Production capacity of a single machine:
600-1,000kg/8h
■ Steam Mixer
Add rice flour and accessories of a certain scale
into the water, cook it while blending, then put the
dough into extruder and make strip-shaped blank.
Production capacity of a single machine:
35-50kg/time.
■ Squeezing Machine and Forming Machine
Put the cooked strip-shaped blank into the squeezing
machine through water trough for squeezing again and
again, and then put it into forming machine.
■ First-time Drier
Convey the molded wet cake blank to first-time drier
for multilayer recycling drying.
■ Cake Blank Unscrambler and Baking Machine
put the second-time dried cake blank into the
unscrambler, then convey it to baking machine after
automatic unscrambling, making the cake blank extruded,
crisp
■ Sugar Coating Machine and Third-time Drier
Put the extruded rice cake into sugar coating machine
for coating sugar on the surface (snowflake shape on the
surface); then dry up the water in the syrup through
third-time drier.
■ Oil-pouring Machine and Fourth-time Drier
Convey the sugar coated and dried rice cake to
oil-pouring machine for pouring oil, then to the
fourth-time drier to absorb the oil.
