Product Description
The
machine can continuously
seal thick PE or PP plastic
bags, laminated bags of
paper/PE file and laminated
bags of AL/PE film with high
performance and speed, it¡¯s
widely used in the fields of
chemical material, medical
material, rice foodstuff &
feeds.
According to different
materials and different
thickness of bags, we have
divided this series into
relevant suitable model,
including TFBH-22,
TFBH-32+1P, TFBH-33.
The machines adopt Poly
Tetra Fluoric Ethylene
(Teflon) sealing belt, which
could make the bags quickly
cool down after heating,
seeing surface smooth and
plain, so as to guarantee
its sealing quality.
The
optional devices include
trimmer for bag edge,
deduster and exhausting
device etc.

Product Description
TDGYF-S500A is mainly
applicable of capping
operation of non-metal
bottleneck (i.e. plastics,
glass) which features of
flat threaded cap, but not
applicable of capping
operation of metal &
non-threaded pressing cap,
cap with ¦Õ20-100 diameter
and active handle, high cap
with over 3 mm spacing
between cap surface &
bottleneck after screwed in,
Especially, it is suitable
for the customers who
carrying out continuous
capping operation for large
output and lot.
TDGYF-S500B is major
suitable for capping
operation of high threaded
cap (e.g. mineral water
bottle cap with suction
nozzle) that is made of
non-metal materials such as
plastic, glass, but it is
not suitable for metal &
non-threaded bottleneck, or
bottleneck whose caliber is
ranging ¦Õ15-35. Especially,
it is suitable for the
customers who carrying out
noncontinuous capping
operation for small output
and lot.
TDGYF-S500C is mainly
applicable of capping
operation of big nonmetal
bottleneck (i.e. plastics,
glass) of flat threaded cap
or high active-handled cap,
but not applicable of
capping operation of metal &
non-threaded cap, cap with
¦Õ60-130 diameter,
especially, it is suitable
for the customers who
carrying out noncontinuous
capping operation for small
output and lot.
TDGYF-S500D is mainly
suitable for capping
operation of nonmetal
bottleneck (e.g. plastic,
glass etc.) with handle
(such as engine oil bottle
etc.). But not suitable for
capping operation of metal &
non-threaded cap or high
seamful bottleneck, or cap
with the diameter < ¦Õ20mm &
> ¦Õ60mm. it is specially
suitable for customers who
carrying out noncontinuous
capping operation for small
output & lot.

Product Description

bags and Al-plastic compound
bag with max sealing length
of 600mm and max carrying
load of 50kg . It adopts
compressed air as motive
power with adjustable
sealing pressure and

can be controlled by manual
or by foot stamping. For
thicker bags, TQF-600L /S
double heating sealer is
adopted. According to
special order, its sealing
length can be lengthened to
700mm , 800mm , 1000mm . It

with production line.
