Applicable to tea, herbal extraction extraction.

     Technical Note

◆ juice extraction system is mentioned by 75 ℃ to 95 ℃ (according to different process conditions may be) water immersion tea, and then to extract the active ingredients in tea out of, and separation of the tea process.

◆ The system manufacturing equipment through the water, soak filter basket and a good separation procedures designed to protect the equipment on the rationality and continuity. Among them, the hot water temperature control, tea ratio, extraction time and frequency and to clarify the separation of tea is the key to this system.

◆ by using the PLC program control, can accurately set the soaking time, retention time, extraction times, to ensure the quality of tea extract.
